Last night, as I was trying to fall asleep, a thought occurred to me. How strange would the world be if things were done backwards? Different scenarios ran through my head and I couldn't help myself but smile at the thought of some of these. Can you imagine?
Reading: Where we start from right to left, bottom to top. We know the ending and learn the beginning of the story as we progress through the book.
Mathematics: A subject in which a given solution is manipulated to identify the original equation it came from. (I've actually done this in my math classes to help students understands the steps to solving equations)
Golf: A sport where athletes move a ball down a portion of land (green and fairway) to a tee. This is done by swinging a magic club counter-clockwise. The club attracts golf balls and different clubs can attract golf balls and different distances. The player who can move the ball the furthest distance in the shortest about of swings wins.
Tennis: Well, this doesn't really change, except the beginning and end. A ball is thrown onto a court where athletes volley, hitting the ball back and fourth using rackets. An athlete catches the ball to gain points.
Jobs: Unless you are one of the lucky ones that absolutely love your job, this should apply to you. So, for you, a job would be like paying to do what you love while most people around you are miserable, which is almost like going to an amusement park. People pay employers to be given numerous tasks to do. Often these tasks are stress-inducing, and time consuming.
Eating: Regurgitating food.
See what I mean?
